Tan Sri Dr. Sulaiman Mahbob served in the Malaysian Civil Service from 1971 to 2009, primarily in the Economic Planning Unit of the Prime Minister's Department and the Ministry of Finance. He was also seconded to the Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER), where he led a study on the Second Industrial Plan (1996–2005).
Throughout his career, he witnessed and contributed to Malaysia’s response to economic crises in 1985/86, 1997/98, and 2008/09, working closely with key leaders such as Tun Daim Zainuddin, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, and Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad. He valued their vision of economic management, national unity, and social inclusion.
Tun Abdullah Badawi appointed him as the first President of the Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) to promote good governance, business ethics, and anti-corruption efforts. He also engaged with the World Bank on poverty studies and the IMF during annual consultations.
After retiring, Sulaiman served on the boards of Bank Negara Malaysia, Telekom Malaysia, Felda Global Ventures, and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA). He also teaches public finance at the University of Malaya and has written extensively on Malaysia’s economy for the *New Straits Times*.
He holds honorary doctorates from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2016) and University of Malaya (2023). His academic background includes undergraduate studies at the University of Malaya, a Master’s degree from Wye College, University of London, and a doctorate from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, New York.

Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Syed Zulkarnain Syed Idrus Al-Saggoff, Ph.D., P.Tech., is a faculty member at UniMAP specializing in Cyber Security. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Applications, with his thesis focusing on "Soft Biometrics for Keystroke Dynamics." His work has been featured in international publications, including a special issue on computing and communication engineering in the Annals of Emerging Technologies in Computing (AETiC), United Kingdom, in 2021.
Ts. Dr. Izwah Binti Ismail, PhD, is a specialist in Blockchain technology at Politeknik Ungku Omar. She was honored as "Tokoh Bahasa Melayu Sektor Teknikal" in 2022. Her achievements include the Public Service Award of Excellence (2009, 2017), the Graduate on Time Award (2017), and Best Paper Awards (2014).
